Government Officials In Charge of Voter Registration
In San Diego County, The San Diego County Registrar, Deborah Seilor is the elections official in charge of all voter registration activity that takes place in this County. There are two basic ways to register: 1) Online, or 2) by filling out a registration card at a DMV office, or at any other location where a person is collecting initiative or ballot signatures. People collecting signatures for initiatives and ballot measures will almost always carry voter-registration forms with them, since the signatures they gather are only valid if they come from persons who are registered to vote.
